Interesting! Thank you for your video. May I ask is it still your opinion that Olive Oil should be restricted? I have seen so many videos recently stating how good it is for you but then you are not in agreement to this.

Yes, restrict for sure all processed oils. Get your healthy fats from whole foods, avocado and nuts. They won't play havoc with your arteries. They are high in calories, so be mindful. We eat 2 to 3 avocados a week and less than 1 ounce of nuts and seeds per day. C & B

@@conniebilldekramer9294 Thank you for your reply. There is so much conflicting info on the net. It seems like I've just watched 1000 videos stating how wonderful Extra Virgin Olive Oil is for you. Do you eat dark chocolate (85% cocoa) which `i have also read is very good for you?

Everyone seems to agree that highly processes carbohydrates, including sugar and white flour, as well as polyunsaturated oils will damage your endothelial cells. On the other hand I have seen where saturated fats such as cocoanut oil and even butter are important to make hormones. I wonder if there is a compromise.

If you have a heart issue or want to avoid plaque build up, there is no compromise with oils. However, you can get whole food oils from avocado and nuts. Just be careful with portions to not gain weight. We use 2 avocados a week and one ounce or less of nuts daily. Thanks for your question. C & B
