Typical response of JP when someone gives him a hard time or questions his responsibilities. I was once in a meeting with him where he was a guest. He was asked tough questions by a certain gentleman to whom JP didn't respond well, totally forgetting that he is a public servant. He's mentality is traceable throughout almost all the Law Enforcement who work under him.

You Report and follow proper "channel " they fire you or victimize till you resign so it does not work.

And Botto hired unqualified staff to senior positions as he was "friendly" with them. Like the guy who is supposed to train/ sign off on Metro police dogs. He isnt qualified but he trained Botto's personal dog and therefore is "qualified".
