I am coming back to this video the second time. The first time i did the meditation was 6 years ago right before Psalm passed on. It helped me immensely but then i fell off the wagon. Am now coming back to reclaim my heart connection. I have listened to the Fierce Love Video and this one and boy, i cried a river! When she said to visualize the person who made our heart to shut down the first time when abandonment happened, my dad who passed on when i was 6 years old came to my mind. I will keep coming back to this meditation to heal that part of my childhood trauma. Hope to continue with this beautiful journey tirelessly. Thank you Psalm Isadora for being a gift to humanity. Today I stumbled on this amazing teacher. While following her heart meditation instruction I experienced a transformation to my childhood of the first time I felt abandoned. As I closed my eyes and focused on her voice, I saw myself traveling through a tunnel back in a timeline seeing the faces of each person in my past that contributed to the closing of my heart. Memories I long forgot about ended in an overflow of tears and released awakening for a new beginning. Only then to find that she is no longer with us in a physical sense. I'm still trying to process the loss I feel for her after only 2 videos. Thank you Psalm for the light you have given to this world. Rest in peace and love.

I only just discovered her last night and me too all of a sudden came across also her rapid departure from our planet . I was a little miffed too but quickly understand . Back in 2011 when the planet started to really ramp up in the Global shift (Ascension) we were told that many over the years from 2011 to 2020 will pass over real quick and many will leave . Fear not they are working for us on the other side ! I believe they are Star Beings and they are helping to bring our planet back into a equilibrium as we are currently in a huge global war with the dark side (Elite) and many had to go over to the other side to penetrate a very deep white light from the cosmos down on to our planet to help us evolve ! We are now deeply connected with the other side and many of us know it ^_^ She`s not gone she`s still doing her work and with others to help us down here . Strange times indeed but we must not forget we live in a Universe with over a hundred billion galaxies and we as a species are evolving into Light Beings ^_^ Make of that what you will . I'm a psychiatrist and I know getting over childhood trauma is so difficult, usually these kids grow up more sensible and become artists, that's why so many musicians have childhood trauma and that's why even when they are rich and famous and have beautiful families and all their friends say they were so happy and lived such rich lives, they commit suicide... A smart psychiatrist will talk to the family and those close to such an adult and tell them how to constantly take care of them and be on a lookout for warning signs. And if she was also bipolar, which childhood trauma can be often correlated with, then someone should have been responsible for her mental health. It's a damn shame when you lose these warm and emphatic people...

She is a very beautiful soul full of powerful energy and light. She has an enlightening way of putting into words abstract ideas and feelings that escape the over-thinking mind, but which the intelligence of our bodies intrinsically knows.
