Yea, it’s a breaking apart and putting back together process to truly heal. It’s not for the weak. This is why most people don’t truly transform. In my experience, creativity is the only thing that really helps me. And that involves literally ‘rewriting’ rewriting yourself and rewriting reality from the soul. In some cases removing ourselves from situations or people has nothing to do with a lack of love or not being okay. Sometimes these choices actually come FROM love. Take the example of a person who chooses to leave an abusive relationship or someone leaving the room when a person is yelling and namecalling. In these cases we do not remove ourselves because we are not feeling okay, but because the treatment we receive does not align with our selfworth.

@loreensdh15007 ай бұрын
I see too that this can work theoretically, but in reality things seem more nuanced to me. Like the part of liking everything, everything has it's function and for example if some guy is touching you without permission you don't have to like that and to have boundaries and set them is totally okay. Also in relationships.. of course the foundation of love is very important but there has to be some sort of a match? otherwise everyone could be with everyone, how does that work? But I do think to learn to love who you are and accepting how your life is, is a good base to work on instead of staying dependent on others / factors in your live.

Geepas - cut to the chase for goodnesses sake. Basically hes saying we need to learn emotional regulation. We need to feel to heal, to become more in tune to notice when stuff affects us and not store it. The issue i see is that if weve been abused etc we dont like feeling. They are the things we try and stay away from. It is a huge commitment to learn how to stay in our bodies when we are being triggered back to for example a 7yr old but it is possible to learn. A feeling lasts 90 seconds unless we perpetuate it with our thinking. Its a long road but worth it

"im trying to get it the way i need it to be to feel okay" - ahhh the first 10 mins just sums up everything you know you do and you can't fully clear out in words why you do it. When you're in love, you dont worry about disapproval from anyone else because loving them is enough to make you feel good. But when you're not feeling love, you try to do or control things that dont matter or worry about external things because you're not okay inside.

People will always care about their relationships with others and rightly so. This audio seems aimed toward telling people that their feelings of love for others are no good. That they are not genuine enough and never can be. Sounds very jaded. And feels as if it is shaming people for wanting connection.
@karenjohnson89773 ай бұрын
I read his book at the suggestion of a very good male friend that I believe is a soulmate. The book was called the untethered soul. Now I’ve worked very hard to give myself self self love, Inner child work, Yoga meditation you name it prayer. My male friend is so wonderful and genuine so when I heard him say there are no soulmates I heard a very jaded limited thinker And does not understand love. I do like some of his principles we are whole people, but we need connection. We need to tribe and I am a true believer that there are two people whether you want to call Predestined, That they were made for each other or they are just so cute. Again, this is where Singer is limited ended upsets me that me and my male friend are not on speaking terms. I’m hoping that’s gonna change but he just read his second book that was recently released or I could be wrong because we all have free Will critical thinking skills.
