When we do the first step in "my point" you said knit the first 14 stitches but isn't there supposed to be 18 on each side for a total of 36? Can you clarify this? I just don't want to mess up since I'm already so far into it!

I sure can ☺️☺️ Because we begin decreasing our stitches to shape the point, the number of stitches in the round will decrease. The instructions are correct. A popular phrase when following a pattern/tutorial is to “trust the process,” but we all make mistakes so I appreciate the opportunity to clarify 💜 Thank you so much for watching!

Bring the yarn to the front of the work and draw up a loop from the front of directed stitch to the back ☺️

Thanks for sharing which brand of chenille did you use I've been getting mine from hobbylobby so you used 2 skiens correct?

I have an overseas supplier. My skeins are 27 yards, and I knit tight so I used 1.5 skeins, total of 40 yards. If you knit a bit looser, you may need around 50 yards ☺️
