Your heart beats slowly and relaxed. “Now you take a few slow and deep breaths,” I move the membrane to your lungs You obediently take a deep breath. - Great, your breath is clear and your heart can still be heard clearly. Then I take your cardiogram and disconnect you from the control monitor. In ten minutes, I load your cardiogram into a special program, which gives a conclusion that your heart is in perfect order. What exercises did you do? Your heart was beating very fast and I know that this is normal during exercise, but here it sounded a little scary to me. It seems like listening to this after your sleeping file wasn't a good idea, but I still love your beautiful and strong heart. I would like to listen to your carotid artery immediately after the load. I think that would be amazing.

It was a bit of a mix. I first did some sets of pushups and squats. After that I went for a run. I recorded this file right after I came home again. I think I can record my carotid artery after some exercise in the future :)
