So theres 20 seconds left and the idiot gives away a penalty try, he could have literally let them score and by the time they scored the try and took the conversion attempt from the corner the match would have been over. Then why would you kick the ball off to them after the 80 was up, all you need to do is kick it just over the halfway line and pick it up, sure it wouldn't have gone 10 but doesn't theres no time for a scrum, sharks didn't even deserve to win

Penalties could have gone both ways in that last move. Sharks player touching Manie (as 9) could have been a penalty, but then also the previous move, Stormer goes to the ground and hold onto the ball not allowing Sharks player to steal. In the end the best team for 70min won, Stormers only in it for last 10, so fair result. And like someone said, even if it was a legit try, we all know Manie still had to kick... so not a given that Stormers would have won. 😳😉

Agreed. But since they looked at the "knock" it should've gone towards Stormers. And it was in front of posts... although Manie has missed there before (I think ABs game last year?). Still, shocker decision but Stormers were only in for 10 minutes so best team won.

I'm a Sharks supporter but i think these stupid rules have to stop for the good of rugby. That and the way the TMO reviews plays. They shouldn't go so far back in the game to review a play
