@@shmilyfischer any notice of that. In other words, the accident of Moshe Hertzog עליו השׁלום was another warning מן השׁמים she has received. She is being given chances to do תשׁובה; she seems to be ignoring them, but she will exhaust them sooner or later. Her regretting having done what she did is not good enough. For מוציא שׁם רע, it is necessary that one denies all lies that have been told, and she never did. In addition, what she did caused me to fall in a very intense depression and, as I failed to take care of something because of that depression, I lost my financial aid for college. I still graduated - I have a degree in Accounting, but I was forced to borrow $30,000 from a friend of mine. Needless to say, in order for me to forgive her, I will also need to have someone - it doesn't matter who - give me that amount of money. Of course, I wish I could have stopped Moshe Hertzog עליו השׁלום from dating her, but I unfortunately couldn't: I only learned the whole story quite a few weeks after ראשׁ השׁנה - obviously, way too late. At this point in time, people need to know that they should keep away from her; failure to do so might only lead them to be victims of some kind of disgrace sometime in the future. Moshe Hertzog עליו השׁלום was indeed a wonderful, one-of-a-kind person - a צדיק; how I wish we could bring him back to life. Devorah Maldonado ימח שׁמה, instead, is one of the most - if not, indeed, the very most - despicable person in existence; she doesn't even deserve to be alive. I should also have stopped my son Kalman Eliezer Simon from dating her, and I feel very bad that I didn't. At that time, there were some people lying to me: they were telling me that she was a wonderful person, and I was stupid enough to believe them.

Moshe Herzog was indeed a wonderful person, and his loss breaks anyone’s heart - of course, mine too. On the other hand, I know why that accident happened. He was dating Devorah Maldonado, who still has the chutzpah of saying that her name is Devorah “Simon”. She was married to my son Kalman Eliezer Simon, and they are now divorced. She is the most detestable woman in existence, and most people who have met her know it. As a matter of fact, I didn’t know it for a very long time, and I only learned it the hard way after quite a few years. When she married my son, I was the one who raised the money for the wedding. Then I tutored my son with Accounting, Math and English for about a year. One day, she went to the Ramapo Police Station and she reported all kinds of lies against me. I had to be arrested for approximately two hours, and the case was dropped about one year later. She only accused me of harassment, which is not a big crime, but that doesn't make any difference, as it was a crime that I had never, ever committed. In other words, she is a “malshinah” (מלשׁינה). I imagine that Moshe Herzog didn't know, and I find it very heart-breaking to think that he was the one paying for what Devorah Maldonado had done. No rabbi - Chasidisch, Litvish or Sphardish - has ever taken any action against her for what she did to me. Obviously, I have never, ever forgiven her, because for “motzy shem rah” (מוציא שׁם רע), the person who committed that sin needs to go to deny every single lie he or she said; needless to say, she has never done it. Therefore, at this point in time, it is fair to say that the accident was a consequence of what Devorah Maldonado once did to me.
