@@KeshDutta-bm5qd "It is all in your mind" nah. Mind itself is an experience for the immortal, omnipresent and impassive experiencer (and not the doer) or Shiva in its conscious field. So, the different experiences "experienced" by Shiva in the conscious field are absolutely real in all main 4 states of "experiences" (Wake, dream, deep sleep, samadhi which also includes cosmic experience) But the only difference is the response of the doer or individual mind and body (when it comes to humans) or shakhti or simply the experience in the wake state despite not being the "experiencer" like in the other states of experiences. This is where the concept of dharma or balance of activity/inactivity duality is needed in the wake state So, Sadhguru is rightfully taking rest (inactivity) to balance his hectic activity in the wake state.

He said this would happen with back on 2021 when the solar flares started kicking up. His energies are rising faster than he can contain them because of the extra energy output being pumped into the earth by the sun. Same reason he said to to slow down in the Sadhana and focus on the present. This solar activity is no joke.

He is an elderly gentleman that underwent a major and invasive brain surgery, prayers and best wishes for a speedy return to normalcy.

It was not a major surgery and not brain invasive. It was supposed to be a subdural haemorrhage only. But he dances too much in a bizzare manner, may be after drugs, and that can be a cause for the bleed. Still he has to answer so many questions and he must be under pressure.
