To those new believers, be warned that bad things could happen as you watch this and get close to God as it did to me. Satan hates to lose you and will try to do anything to stop you from hearing His word. I remember when I first started reading. The third day I got up from my bed and was thrown violently to the floor as if someone was angry at me. It was so scary and I just laid there crying but the Lord helped me get up and I did not stop. Those things will continue to happen so put the full armor of God on every morning and start with a prayer.

This is true. I’ve been having very disturbing satanic and awful dreams as the days keep moving forward. Sleep paralysis and all. But I’m not stopping. I keep showing up every day to the Bible study. It’s my first time seeking God and this is the year I devoted myself to him. ❤

What footprints are you leaving for my kids? I was lost for long time but I always talk about God with my kids. But I had to confess to them I wasn’t walk with God. So the footprints I am leaving is how yourself accountable for your mistakes and correct the ones that can be corrected and forgive yourself all those that can’t. So i finally forgave myself and ask my kids to forgive me and I change my life. I no longer serve myself I serve Jesus Christ. The Glory goes to God.

My sister, I have prayed for you! You are NOT alone. I too feel the enemy is “trying” to attack my mind, emotions and spirit … BUT GOD IS GREATER! Hold tight to The Truth and Word of God!!! It is our 🗡️- weapon against the enemy. And not just any weapon but a part of the armor of God given to us as His children. James 4:7 promises that when we “submit to The Lord” we will be able to resist the devil, causing him to flee! We are promised that “no weapon will be able to prosper” . I love how you pointed out Esau representing the flesh and Jacob the Spirit, and equating that with the life long battle believers face with the flesh. For me Esau and Jacob remind me alot of me and my older brother. My older brother a first born was always a mighty athlete, strong and skillful, where as I was always more intellectual and introverted. Unfortunately we to have had some bitter rivalry between us, I know its largely spiritual now, like Cain and Able, Jacob and Esau, King David and his older brothers, Joseph and his older brothers..

♥️yes God’s blessings affected Rebekah’s heart for she favored one over the other. Other translations even say she coaxed the changing of the initial blessing from Abraham to his son’s. I know favoritism too well. I am not favored in my family yet papa God blessed me just the same sometimes much better. I just put all my trust faith and belief in Him- Papa God the Great I AM that I AM.

Kanoe - The word of the day for me "Splendor". Just to study that word, hit home for me. Then, the study today. God confirmed what I have prayed and wanted just a morsal. Holy Spirit gave me a short dream but very powerful. It was so real. There was a onion full of colors I can not even describe. I am artist at heart so good with color but I can not describe these colors. I understood the onion was me. And the colors of the layers of the onion I could see being rearranged and some taken out all together. I understood this was my spirit. Papa God is doing some rearranging and even removing some layers. To God Bc e the Glory. He is setting me apart for waft He wants in my spirit. He is rearranging and even taking some layers out. i feed my spirit being un married at 57 and never married i plan to be an angel of god i read evidence that marriage will not exist in heaven And so many people put importance on good looks and popularity i spent time as a kid at Shriners Burn hospital where people had major burns and deformities i learned to love their spirit so many people get married and divorced over good looks and looks lost

Genesis 25:18 NIV states that the descendants of Ishmael: " and they lived in hostility toward all their brothers". Commentary said "hostility" could have meant "east of" . It is interesting to note that if it means the former, there was constant and still is today - hostility.

Genesis 25:26 if you notice, Isaac prayed for Rebekah to conceive beginning at age 40, and God did not grant his desire until 60 yrs old! He tarried and prayed without ceasing. How easily do we (me included) give up or try to do things to speed up the process(Sarah) because of our impatience!!! Revelation!
