Madam, I am adding this comment on behalf of my wife Jayanthi. We watch your videos." Anapakayalu" are a type of beans very popular in Karnataka. You have to peel the external covering. The beans inside can be used in making upma, and can be added to various curries The seed coat can be removed after soaking the beans for some time in water and the beans can be cooked as Dal or ' pappu'. The beans agree well with all vegetables. They are known as baberlu.

Nice harvest. When you get so many tomatoes you can do one thing Madhavi. You can cook them after washing on med.low heat and after they are half cooked add tamarind (200 grams / one kg tomatoes) and when they arecooked add salt to your taste and add half tea spoon turmeric and take off the stove. You should mix frequently while it is on stove to avoid burning. After it cools down grind it in the mixture. You can pour this in the ice trays and freeze. When it is frozen transfer the cubes into a ziplock bag and keep it in freezer. When you make rasas or Sambar or pulusu you can use those cubes. This is a way to use tomatoes when you don’t get them and also in emergency. I used to do like this when the tomatoes are at cheaper rate in market while I was working

Yes correct we use it a lot in Karnataka, it's called avre kayi, you can cook the seeds only as a side dish by boiling it and then strain the water and put thadka with garlic,green chillies,curry leaves,onion,coriander leaves, only mustard all to be fried in oil and add the boiled beans and finally add grated coconut and squeeze lime into it, if the quantity is less you can to sambar with other veggies.
