His twitter post about depression hit me hard. I can really relate and I hope he's doing better and not falling deeper into a hole he can't climb out of. I really relate to the part about destructive behaviour, and alcohol abuse. For me it's prescription codeine painkillers and sometimes it feels like they are my only source of happiness, and when I come down from the high i'm just more down, so in the end they make me more miserable, but now it's too late for me cause I cannot live without them.

Same, sometime I feel the same way as his post mention. I have been achieving personal milestone both financially or careers. But at the same time I feel depressed from time to time. I think having lot of friends to hang out with help me from time to time. Wish you all the best for the upcoming future and things turn out better starting from 2020
