(Hearthstone) Destroying Druids with MidRAGE Warrior

@@onurdurmaz3634 That actually makes so much sense. Any real player has to be deliberately targeting shorter games if they're queueing it, which would obviously mean conceding when they get stabilized on.

Think it's moreso that 90% of decks are either Ramp Druid, DR Rogue or Quest DH and they just dominate any class that can't kill them before turn 6/7.

Hmmm, I've started experimenting with control warrior but I didn't go the dragon direction yet. Maybe it is time to experiment... The 4/5 that causes opponents to discard spells is one of the most satisfying minions to drop on the board though, let me tell you what. If they do not have a clear in hand at the moment it's like a 75% forfeit rate.

Mostly replying because I'm also curious if anyone has a definitive answer, but I think he just wanted to do other things with his life. He mentioned being concerned that streaming CCGs wouldn't be a viable long-term career and was thinking about pivoting into something with more stable income, left the competitive scene due to Blizzard's bullshit and many of his friends were disappearing for unrelated reasons (some pretty rough and abrupt, like Zalae's abuse allegations) so he probably just figured it was as good a time as any to bail.

Unfortunately he never did a "that's it, I'm gone" video but AFAIK he quit for good. Last info we got was that he was looking for jobs and had appointments. I guess he did the family thing and needs stable income

Midrange decks are the ones that most benefit from Renethal. The extra health often buys you the extra time you need to stabilize against aggro decks, and the 10 extra card drawback isn't as punishing to your consistency because you're mostly looking to just make solid, on-curve tempo plays.
