Looked like Malygos, not sure who else would be running Alex. They either didn't draw the goose or quite likely did have it and set up lethal with the Alex (they set him to 20, swinging for 8 with two moonfires is lethal) but then he healed out of range immediately and stayed that way for the rest of the game.

I pulled Emeriss a week or so ago and was thinking of dusting but I hate dusting legendaries so I kept and tried to make a fun deck out of it. Tried your deck out and love it! I had Ashmore too but also Zill. I took out Zill and added Scalehides. Also crafted a warden and took out my Piper. And even though it’s slow I put in Krush cause why not?! I don’t use him in my DR hunter(No Kathreena) and I’ve always wanted to fit him in a deck. Thanks for the great vids Kib!

Don't craft Emeriss if you don't already have it. For every game you have against the world's slowest Druid, you'll have 10 games where Emeriss sits in your hand the whole game while you get beat down by Odd Rogue and Zoolock.

Odd warrior is not a problem at all, not sure why Kibler hates it of all decks. I've even beaten Odd Warrior with aggro, and lost to aggro as Odd Warrior, if you don't draw your answers, you can get rekt, especially against rogue.

The argument is that the deck is polarized, which it is. It has a really high win-rate against aggro, and a really low win-rate against control.

If you have ever watched Kibler play against Odd Warrior (which I assume you have if you're one of Kibler's viewers), then you know how drawn out and boring those matches are. Either you win because you drew the one card in your deck that is good against Odd Warrior in time or you lose because you ... didn't. It really doesn't matter how interactive and "fun" the long chain of interactions are if you're going to lose them in the end regardless of how well you played, or win them in the end regardless of how badly you played. Quote from hearthstonetopdecks.com teaching the OddWarrior playstyle: "That’s the great thing about this deck - you just play defensively, Hero Power every turn, wait for until they overextend even a little bit and then drop AoE."

I don't get the hate on Baku Warrior, interesting and usually close matchups against deathstalker rexxar, tess rogue and other control decks, gets rekt by combo decks and keeps aggro decks in check. One of the most healty decks for the meta now if you ask me.

I've found the Rexxar matchup a bit lopsided if the warrior doesn't make mistakes and gets halfway decent rnd. If both players have the DK early Rexxar is usually too slow and you end up with several mediocre beasts that you'd rather play removal or any other cards from your deck. Not to mention if you don't draw Rexxar you have no shot at any late game. Then you have to hope your early game somehow dodges field wipes while being more aggressive than all that armor gain.

Either class can be favoured depending on when the hero is drawn I guess. My main point is that warrior is not OP and in a lot of matchups there is a fair fight where both players have a chance of winning. Thats what the game should be about. With baku warrior weakened it will be only aggro decks and defensive druids.

Your facts are totally and completely wrong. Baku Warrior is totally destroyed by control decks, and also has a super low winrate vs Cube Hunter. Baku Warrior's winrate vs Frost Lich Jaina is also abysmal. So number 1, your facts are just totally wrong. Number 2, the problem with Odd Warrior isn't its winrate, it's the polarization. Just like with Quest Rogue-- it didn't get nerfed because of winrate, it got nerfed because of how polarizing and unfun it is. This has been a huge discussion point recently, but you've clearly missed it. Odd Warrior makes decisions not matter, because no matter what you do, it will crush aggro and lose to control. Playskill is almost totally irrelevant. That's the exact opposite of a healthy deck.

Actually, on hsreplay, the matchup seems pretty lopsided in favor of the hunter: Warrior only has a 35% winrate. I agree with Owl. While Baku Warrior is perhaps among the strongest control warrior Hearthstone has ever seen against aggro, it's simultaneously the weakest control warrior against the relative abundance of decks that don't care about how much armor their opponent has: Mecha'thun decks; Value Hunter; and any Control or OTK Combo.

ah, I was talking my own experience with the deck, I'm sure I´m not playing the netdeck version. You can cut a few anti aggro cards and get away with it and add in some value and tech, strangely blackwald pixy for a double discover or 6 dmg lasers has saved me a couple of times. If they play gheist you're usually screwed. I disagree on the polarizing comment, that's only against aggro and thats not bad, aggro should be polarized those decks are designed to cheese out quick wins.

I dont think the best way to balance cards is nerfing. Maybe we should let blizz think of a way to buff other cards so they counter baku warrior or at least do a better job against it. That way, baku is still a good card and other cards become good too. If we just nerf it, then we get a bad card and we are left with the same bad cards as before.

I'm honestly surprised. Compared to Odd Rogue, Odd Paladin, Even Shaman... out of all the Even/Odd decks, Odd Warrior seems like the least offensive. It basically _only_ shuts down aggro (which it's pretty good at, admittedly) while losing to Control, to Mecha'thun and to OTK decks. I'm _happy_ whenever I get matched up against a Warrior and see Baku pop out, because it means they're not trying to turn 5 kill me like half the decks on ladder.

I have a couple of decks:treant mulchmuncher token druid, pogo rogue without prep, mech pally with stuff like spikeridged steed, egg etc, a hagatha shaman deck that mostly has basic cards, a shooting stars lime deck for mage(no aluneth, unexpected results) and a soularium warlock deck. Should I disenchant any? Which should i keep upgrading and what cards should I add? Also, is there a way to show my collection to other people so I could get instructions to what i could make with my cards? Sorry for asking so much stuff, its probably bothering you, but im new to hs and i just wanna find some advice.

The problem is this. If you buff other cards to the level that they beat Baku Warrior, what are all the decks going to do that are not Baku warrior? Say you buff some aggro cards to be able to overwhelm Baku Warrior even when it's amassing all this armor. Control decks that can't gain that much armor will then auto lose against it because they don't have this powerful way of negating damage. Or you buff cards that are super resilient to board clears (deathrattles) and then anyone who doesn't field the same level of removal as warrior can't begin to clear the board. Basically, the point is, that if you buff cards just so that they beat one specific deck archetype anyone that is not that deck archetype will be far worse off. So if you don't want to create more problems, just to solve one problem, it's better just to nerf Baku Warrior instead of trying to buff other cards so they'll destroy that specific deck.

Something like give a minion as much health or attack as your opponent's armor or destroy all your opponent's armor could make decks have an easier time against baku warrior and it wouldnt make decks op against anything else that isnt baku warrior.

Nerf tracking its to derivative, chose your best card thin your deck. Given Hunter is a tempo Hero mainly, card draw is mainly prayer opponent doesn't silence (1 mana 3 cards, 2useless card), unlike warlock you pick which to discard.

ForceFifa Prep has been a problem for a long time, it's in classic so it limits design space, and regardless of your opinion, prepping the quest reward is extremely powerful, and the source of about 50% of the frustration of playing against quest rogue.

I wish I could. Sound sensitivity has been the bane of my life since I was 6 and went into my first big room full of people. I can't really filter stuff out like neurotypical folk, I don't seem to have the wiring for it. As I've gotten older, I've learned to read lips to some extent, but that doesn't help for non-verbal sounds, especially slurps, whistles, and... how to describe it? Modulating sighs? Air moving in a mouth that is changing shape in a certain ways. I know, it sounds crazy, but it really is like there are insects crawling under my shoulders and neck, while my stomach is doing flip flops, trying to evacuate anything I've eaten. Which is a shame, because I rather like Kibler's love of meme decks... but if the content doesn't change, I'll have to be forced to stop interacting with the content. So before that happens, I'm making my displeasure known.

Lowering the gain reduces the signal to noise ratio, making the audio quality lower, and if he's not clipping (which he's not) I doubt it would actually help you that much. You could get the same effect by just lowering your volume and it wouldn't affect the quality at all. This really sounds like an issue you should see a doctor about.

I mean, I get it, but I don't think there's much to be done about that on Kibler's part, though. He can't exactly rewire his speech patterns, and anything that's likely to help sound sensitivity that severe is likely to make the video unwatchable to anyone else.
