Tentacles for Arms card text should be "Deathrattle: return this to your hand. Each time this weapon is played, reduce it's Cost by (1)". It'd still be awful, but at least it'd be fun to to play around with and get it down to 0 mana in some kind of control deck

I have a few ideas for tentacles for arms which might have made it better. 1. If it's deathrattle also dealt 3 damage to a random enemy 2. If buffs that you applied to it stayed applied after it returns to your hand 3. If it just had slightly more attack damage Note: I thought #2 might be better with a completely different card instead, so here is my idea for that A 2 mana 1/1 weapon, with deathrattle return this card to your hand, and retain it's buffs. It costs 1 more The idea behind that is each time you play it, it becomes a little more expensive to throw out. Of course this would have to be a class card, because it would just be OP in rogue. I'm thinking warrior is a good fit for it. Warrior has some weapon buffs, but nothing as extreme as rogue. This card would enable a new deck archetype where you buff up a weapon and get crazy tempo, but it all hinges on getting the weapon before you get all the buffs. While I'm at it, what kind of stats do you think would be best suited for a weapon with windfury and "you are immune for the first attack you make each turn"

I just realized Deathwing Dragonlord kind of has anti-synergy with Chillmaw (and corrupter and other dragon powered cards). If Deathlord puts the Chillmaw on the board, the opponent knows you won't have a dragon for its 3 damage deathrattle. Then again, you might not want the AoE if you just put fairie dragons and whatnot on the board.

Most of the dragons other that faerie dragon survive the AoE with health to spare. Sometimes you just need it to clear a zoo or shaman board. I guess my point is that Deathwing Dragonlord shifts the game into it's final stage because you're trading off all your dragon synergy to get a number of large threats on the board all in one turn. You lose your ability to go back and play your midgame minions like corrupter, twilight guardian, and alex's champion. Much like the original Deathwing you're sacrificing options to gain a powerful turn.

Wow... I'm pretty sure that first warrior was me... Hahaha, it was my first warrior arena run about a month ago, and after hearing so many times from kripp that the weapons were what made warriors so good, I picked it as one of the last cards (28th?) after not getting any other weapons throughout the draft... Made some pretty poor plays, wasn't really aware that arena was so much about tempo then and tried to play controlling kind of value matches, which obviously wan't the best plan... I still went 3-3 with the deck as I remember it, but wow, that I faced Kripp... Rip.

I can't say much about the card quality, but something similar happened to me. I was not a frequent arena player and had gotten to 3 wins, but 4 wins was new back then. So I was against this paladin and I was a hunter. 2 health remaining, my turn starts I emote "well played" and before I could click Hero Power, my area had a power cut.... I'm normally a pessimist but I thought he'd concede. Well guess what, he didn't. There was a small compensation though, I opened the pack and found 400 dust. (Shifter Zerus)

It's double the power of rogue hero power for 2.5x the cost, plus it essentially discards a card. It's too expensive for aggro decks, and control decks don't really run out of cards to need this.
