Wow, one area where I have Kripp beat. I'm sure it's just because I've been using Heartharena to keep track of nearly every arena run I've ever done, where as he seems a bit new to using the app. But my highest score was a 76.2. 2nd highest was only 72.8 though, over 256 arena runs. Sadly my 76.2 deck wasn't actually that great though, cause it was a Shaman deck with no large removal, no card draw, and very little reach. And too much late game too with 8 minions costing 6 or more. Only got me 6 wins. (though one of my 3 losses was due to a disconnect) But I've had 7 12 win runs, and every one but one had a tier score of at least 68. The other was a rogue deck at 65.3 that had some of everything. 2 large removals, lots of reach, lots of early game, and lots of late game. A well rounded deck with a good curve beats just pure quality of minions any day.

Tudor Naconecinii Yeah, those late game legendaries can be kind of useless if they're not surrounded by a good enough deck. Lots of times you either aren't going to draw them or you'll them too late. I had Dr. Boom once and still had a really bad run where I never once was able to play him. That 76.3 Shaman deck had both Neptulon and Arch-Thief Rafaam. Neither of which are going to impact the game immediately when you place them, so if you're way behind by that point you're still basically screwed.

I had an awesome 10 win warlock deck that was basically zoolock, it had 2 of that zero cost tentacle card, two knife jugglers, three council men (the 1-5 card), and two cult masters for draw. No board clears but some good taunts, winning games on turn 7 or 8 felt great in arena.

went 12 and 1 with a deck i helped my friend draft, (i coached him through the arena) went 12-1. decided to check its tier score and see what picks that i remember being key they would agree with. turns out the deck was just a '66' it had a doctor boom in it which was managed to be played all of once, when we had already crushed our opponent. only lost one game to a fellow rogue who was able to put up an evil heckler to stop our lethal and swing out on us the following turn after a close and tight race. oh and the last game was pretty funny. we were being dominated by a mage, ended getting lethal from his spell slinger giving us fireball. my second 12 wins in one week ;]

Why does his HearthArena Companion look the way it does? It is so slick and doesn't have that bothersome icon in the corner and it doesn't even seem like he needs to open it through Overwolf... HearthArena's deck tier score does not take synergy into account. It simply gives you an average of the basic tier scores for the cards in your deck.
