honestly i dont see the major pay off for the "punch yourself in the face" priest like wooo i got a free 5/5 taunt and an extra damage on an aoe and woopiee a kill your dude and i take it. kinda feels like freeze shaman way back when the pay off just wasnt there

On the razzle dazzler, sif mage was surprisingly good at playing for board when cold case was still around (and frosty decor is essentially "cold case at home") so sometimes people ran out of board clears because you could generate a number of extra inspirations as well. It was also good at doing chip damage to make finishing them off with siff easier. Shaman doesn't have all of that, so it's going to be interesting to see if things work out.

After seeing the tourist, i felt like most of the Priest cards were just made for Demon Hunter

Yeah, I was not a fan of the priest cards. No big pay-off for a bunch of cards that just damage yourself, except for the demon hunter tourist

@@AidanWR Doesn't help that Demon Hunter have more reliable self damage with the hero power for the small pay-off cards

Hunter cards look like a foundation for automaton priest. If you want to be cynical about it, it seems like some of the class sets are offset with a legendary card tax.

Sensory dep feels like a 3 or 4 mana card in modern hearthstone. At 6 it's just way too expensive

Priest did not receive cards. Demon Hunter did but not Priest.

Priest still stuck with holy nova for early board clear.

With all the tools available these days, there us no more deck-building aspect anymore (after day1). Tourists digging into all expansions would just break the game, it's a good idea, and healthy that they limited it to this set.
