This deck is good, but what's the real goodness of the deck is the pilot. I have seen this man pilot some not tier 1 decks to legend and it just goes to show if you stay consistent with the deck and pilot it well, you can hit legend too Brian Kibler = The True Gentleman of HS

This is one of those dream decks that comes around once every few expansions - it's fun, interactive and kind of silly, while remaining competitive (to a skilled player at least) that you can play again and again while maintaining variation in a way that it never becomes a mechanical "So I want to do this, this and this in that order" no matter what your opponent is doing. He's been playing it for ages now, it's absolutely dominating the daily uploads and I'm not even slightly bored of it - the games are staying consistently fun to watch, there are very often glorious moments where absolute silliness happens and there have even been some hilarious cases where opponents have been able to dramatically counter/get an advantage from the strategy. I could watch Kibler love playing this deck for the rest of the year.

4-5 years of playing hearthstone and I have rarely seen a deck as fun to play/watch as this one. I’d wait daily for the new episode to watch Kibler cheat out zero cost primes to win a difficult game or shuffle 15 of those in his deck over 2 turns. I am happy you made legend with this deck. I am definitely going to miss it

@@schippes24 I actually thought about that same thing. I had 90% of the cards for that rogue deck and I also made it because it was, like you said, just incredible to watch. But my heart still goes to the prime gaming.

@@emirbektas9808 100 matches really is not that much depending on where in the ladder they were when they lost bonus stars. Last month it took me 150 games to get to diamond 5 with scamidan and a roughly a 70% wr.

That was one of the worst star students I've ever seen lmao, chose the one option that legit gives a benefit of being drawn again at 7:26 EDIT I mean I guess if he were in an aggro mindset like some others said maybe he just wanted to get rid of the taunt, but that's kinda weird because he glides afterwards. of course it might be that I'm overthinking it too since maybe all of his options were awful lmao

The fact that they had glide in hand, and knew they were very likely to be casting it soon, makes it much more reasonable. That combined with the chance they just had terrible options to choose from means it was probably not a huge mistake.

@@Willd2p2 no that's the EXACT opposite logic. Why would you ever shuffle a broodmother into the deck when you're about to play glide?

​@@shaunhayes3072 Because glide will shuffle it into the deck anyway, so by shuffling it before you only have to consider the one or maybe two extra draws before you glide when it could gain additional life, whereas if you weren't casting glide then the added chance to gain life from it exists for the rest of the game. Essentially the fact that you're casting glide means you can make a decision based entirely on what is best over the next 1-2 turns, whereas without glide you have to consider the rest of the game.

Taking this baby to diamond 6 right now, I have replaced both hellfires with Swamp ooze and Stickyfingers against weapon decks, and since ramp Pally is basically dead now anyway

quest and plot twist are rotating so the deck will change drastically. i imagine rustwix and friends will find a home in another control warlock deck similar eventually though. remember we still don't have card reveals out for the barrens expansion

Also worth noting though is that Sense Demons is also leaving standard for the first time, so it'll be waaaay more difficult to consistently find your Rustwix and start progressing your wincon after rotation. The individual cards are certainly strong enough to still see play but whatever they end up in probably won't resemble this deck too closely.

if you still have older cards play wild. it will take some time, but once you have a decent base you can make quite a few decks and only need a handful of new cards each new set. However this only works well if you have all the old style adventures (, naxx, GvG, journey into Ungoro etc ) I got those all as F2P when they were current
