I have an idea for a wild deck; wing welding, the ceaseless expanse, solubound ashtounge and treachery, im not sure it works but i think it does!

It doesn’t because Expanse gets reduced in cost in hand. You would be hitting for however much it got discounted to at that moment. You could try Topple the Idol though. It would always deal 100 damage.

Yeah but wild is anti fun. Blizzard really needs to make Wild into a better format. How? by rotating the sets available. For example, Naxx, GvG, Witchwood, Kharazan... just a random example. If there is a mode where some older expansions rotate in a way we never had before than new decks would pop up or atleast known archetypes with some cards in them that were not possible before. Since wild has all the cards in them only the most broken decks can possibly be played. So this would be a version of it that keeps the format alive. And it could be really fun.

@ It works because, while in the deck, The Ceaseless Expanse still costs 100 mana. Once you draw it, the cost changes to whatever the current discounted cost is. Holy Wrath actually calculates the damage first and then draws the card. I’m not going crazy, Wing Welding is “discard the highest cost card in your hand and deal damage equal to its Cost to all minions”? That would still discard the Ceaseless Expanse while it’s not discounted enough, but it would never be the full 100 damage.
