Didn't nerf Dr. 7, get rid of it instead... Trashing old cards, claim that it would open up more option for card design and it's "better" for new players.... Dr. 4, Dr. 2, PO, a million things that buff C'thun for druid.... Skins except 1 cost 10 bucks each with no real impact in the game.... Fun decks would never survive on ranked games(remember those days you can win with Randuin at rank 5?) now a bunch of rank 20, portrait farmers and try hards... Noz still can't get his shit done properly... So many interesting cards that never made the cut.... Some class still dominated arena to this day.... Blizzard, please put Overwatch down for a while and try to fix a couple things...

Eric the Acktor They gave them those cards so Zoo would stay in the game. Again, it's either Warlock is a zerg class or they figure out a way to make the demon and or discard gimmicks work. They don't know how to do the latter so they replaced all the cards that zoo used from GVG and Nax. The only thing they had running in their heads is the concept of keeping the largest part of their player base happy and that would probably mean maintaining face roll decks and then pretending to nerf them by getting rid of cards every year. If you think about Blizzard's track record this is pretty on the level.

4 Mana 7/7 WOULD be totally okay if BGH was still a thing. You can still use it when you're going first since after their turn 4 you will have 5 Mana, but they could coin it out or you could go second. And overall a 5 Mana BGH just isnt worth it in many cases anymore

I agree, but only if they make Control decks cheaper for new players. New players doesn't have much choice other than play cheap aggro decks, since Control decks use too many epic and legendaries, while aggro decks use 1 to none of these.

+Gareth Rowbotham also is it just me or should kings defender give you +2 durability to make it actually appealing compared to fiery war axe. the one more mana for one durability doesn't seem all that worth it but +2 durability is probably too good. But that's ok. I think archetypes can have overly strong cards that support you playing other cards you wouldn't otherwise play.

+Vena Retro It depends on your rank, mostly. I don't play as much as before, so I dropped quite low, where I'm playing at, it's only zoo and aggro shaman. The other few I see are face warrior, C'thun druid or warrior. And that's it, really. Sometimes you might be lucky enough to see a crazy Yogg worshipper, but that's really the exception, not the rule under rank 15

My Godslayer priest deck would destroy this because it runs double Mass Dispel. You know, that mass silence card no one uses? It was intended to counter N'Zoth, but it would work here too. Also if your curious, to potentially counter C'thun I use a Gurubashi Berserker+Divine Spirit if I sense an incoming C'thun, I have a ton of big removal for the rare yet potentially devastating Y'Shaarj, and for Yogg... Well you can't really counter him. You just have to hope Yolo-Saron leaves you in a spot you can recover from.

I tried an enrage version of this not too long ago, just didn't have a few cards that would have rounded it off. Basically was trying to flood the board with taunts then put a few ramp minions behind it like frothing and the 5 mana 2/7 (can't remember the name)

I really feel you on the "there's no one playing priest at all, except when I play decks weak to priest". a few days ago i played 34 games with a non net deck control paladin really weak to priest and 19 of the games were priest. It was... astonishing to say the least.

Legendary minions(The ones with the orange crystal in the middle) are unique and limited to one per deck. Often times they have a unique summoning animation and sound that makes them stand out.

Brann greets his brother Magni and Varyan tells Anduin/his son that his skills are growing, because in Warcraft the are related to each other. They put such interactions in Hearthstone as an Easter egg.

Mostly lore (apart from legendaries standing out from other cards, of course). Varian is Anduin's father, that's why what he says is different when played against the priest. Similarly, Brann is Magni's brother I believe. There's also one for Cairne and Garrosh, but as someone who didn't play WoW, I can't tell you why. It's pretty much just cool additional flavour.
