Trump I don't know if you (or anyone else) thought about it but in the last game when you finished the hunter with Bane of Doom and summoned a Felguard that Felguard said "I will enjoy watching you die" right as the hunter was dying. Perfect!!

Definitely, it's fun but really hard to make work, as constructed is just so much faster and you should expect your opponent to actually be able to deal with the early-playable but self-harming demons. I would definitely mix some healing and legendaries - Alexstrassa for example - into the deck. Good luck ;)

nah healing and legendaries aren't necessary, just don't run pit lords or succubus etc. make the early game a little bit like zoo and make the mid game with demon synergy. Bam, deck

Warlock is actually becoming a good hero to play (other then zoo or handlock) actually a kind of Warlock Demon Deck. I think it's starting to get some combos that might make the Warlock Demonish Deck pretty decent.

It would be worse, because then you have to spend the mana playing the demon, and with the normal affect the demon summoned has ho downside, ie Succubus no discard, Infernal no 1 damage across the board, no imp damage to your face.

It's a free card though. Of course it would be better. 2 mana 2 damage is actually reasonable, 2 mana deal 2 damage and draw a card is wonderful. Regardless which demon you get it's a good spell.
