I am pretty sure what he meant is the long gaps between picking cards. For example, skipping the process of creating, and waiting for, several polls, which was edited out for KZbin. Otherwise, all youtube drafts are, to within a minute, the same duration, so it wouldn't make sense for him to point it out in this particular one.
