I think Tentacles for Arms has the same problem as Headcrack. Sure it's "infinite" value, but at the end of the day you still spend 5 mana for 4 damage split on 2 turns. So it's more like infinite crap really.

+Ethan Qix it's less that you spend 5 man for 4 damage , it's if you can deal with the board using tentacles , then you aren't really wasting mana or other cards because you get it back to deal with something else possibly. If tentacles for arms was part of a reno / taunt deck that aimed to just drag out the game to insane lengths , it might actually be good. Besides , Trump knows it won't really be used , he just likes the possibility of something being super useful despite it's face.

Everybody joking about tentacles for arms but in control warrior you're barely using all your mana each turn so its good value. Also wins fatigue as you keep getting it back to smorc face. It should definately be priced like 4 mana though or be a 5 mana 3/2 for it to be playable, the 2 attack just isnt enough and you can see trump replaces with war axe quite often.

I feel like adding those giants that reduce their mana cost per hero power would make the deck waaay stronger. He taps so often, especially in the early game. Take out that bgh and a shield block and your good to go.

I think tentacles for arms would be a viable card if it said: "Deathrattle: Return this card to your hand. It costs (1) less." That way, it still kinda sucks in early game, but in the late late game it's actually good, as a 0 mana infinite 2 damage. Kinda like upgrading your hero power to the justicar druid hero power, 2 mana gain 2 armor and 2 attack, but with 4 armor if you did play justicar.

It's not 0 mana FailFish, whenever it gets returned to your hand, the cost is only reduced by 1 mana from the original cost. So if Tentacles for Arms' card text was changed like that, it would be returned to your hand for 4 mana all the time. Use your brain please.

I don't understand how this card can be any good. If you look at explorer's hat, other recyclable card it kind of gives you new hero power. But this? Ofc 2/2 weapon is better than any hero power, but 5 mana? Rogue get's it for 2 with Justicar.

+Oekanos argument is that tentacles is warrior card who has so much total life that he can just keep hitting things, problem many have pointed out seems that trump has 4 weapons and is often forcing tentacles out rather than waraxe or slamming the target. not saying that i see any potential in a card as slow as tentacle slap, then again if you did build pirate warrior with alot of draw and used only tentacles and gorehowl as your weapons.....

In hard control warrior you find yourself not Hardly any mana at all, since your hand is full of control cards, in this szenario the cost of tentacles is reletively irrelevant.

Rogue doesn't get to tank up each turn while having infinite weapon charges. If you can't use it on minions a lot, it's not worth it. Even in a Reno deck that's probably too much damage to take.
