LOOKS GUYS I FOUND A COMMENT THAT IS ACTUALLY ABOUT HOW THE GAME WAS GREAT RATHER THAN SOME WEEB ANNOYED BY KIBLER'S PRONOUNCIATION OF A MADE-UP JAPANESE WORD
@listlessh6 жыл бұрын
Naruto comments aside, this was a super sick game. I love watching the gears turn in Kibler's head as he finds the tiny gap to squeeze a victory through. Well done sir.

13:12 Wasn't it better to play ungoro pack + dragons fury that turn so he has 16 health and doesn't die to double fireball + frostbolt or am I missing something here?
@WMDistraction6 жыл бұрын
I think you’re right. Ping + Artificer + Pack + Fury is 10 mana and breaks block while also gaining +1 armor compared to Meteor. He may have been stuck in equating Artificer + Meteor and Alex, making him unaware of alternatives. When you play a deck enough, you can get stuck in the heuristics you’ve developed to play the deck faster and miss less straightforward plays. Thinking of two cards is harder than thinking of one. Even if it doesn’t seem significant on its surface, your mind will immediately believe that it found a solution and just tell you to go with it.

i was hoping someone realized this play besides me

Right, good to know I wasn't missing something. That'd be safe vs 2 fireballs and a frostbolt which is a huge deal.

That's not even counting he could have get another 5-mana spell from the pack that could have permit the artificer to stay alive at the end of his turn. Still I hadn't notice it until you pointed it out, well done :)

@HeloisGevit6 жыл бұрын
Vengar Yeah Geddon is one of the deck's stronger cards, I'm missing him too. Alex is another I don't have that's probably too important to omit. I don't have Elise and Inkmaster but those 2 are less crucial.

At 9:45 He should have pinged himself instead of pinging his opponent face because then he would have been at 36 health so when his opponent fireballed 6 times, iceblock would activate at 6 health and it would be like gaining free 5 health which is relevant for getting out of range of burns for the next turn
@bowietsang9206 жыл бұрын
The girls can hit him, and 1+3 means that Kibler would have been broken at 2. If the exodia did the normal reflections before time wrap play, the opponent would have mana for hero power which sets him at 1 anyway.
@h.t.fosterchen79896 жыл бұрын
Nice spot there, but no, apprentice's and novel engineer's attack plus ping deals 5 damage which will still pop him at 1 life.
@enchanter15206 жыл бұрын
Yeah you are right. I forgot that apprentices can attack that turn. After all, this play would only make his opponent think little bit more
@MrDrumzOrz6 жыл бұрын
But then if he breaks his opponent's ice block, he'll be on 2 health instead of 1, and in a game like this which will very likely go to fatigue, 1 point of damage is huge. Plus, his opponent will be able to attack with his sorcerer's apprentices as well, meaning at most Kibler gains 2 health. It's much more worth it to leave your opponent at 1.
@haghendowdy47506 жыл бұрын
the actual thing that could have saved him more life was to not kill the coldlight oracle with his water elemental and leave it alive since it was irrelevant on the board and wouldve given baron geddon another target to hit netting +2 hp
