@@dementedmanatee5328 Um, excuse me, but wtf. Quest Warlock is nothing like Quest Rogue. With quest warlock you actually have to play something, unlike Quest Rogue which is essentially 'play solitaire and win (unless your opponent is aggro, then lose)'. Quest Rogue was no doubt about one of the most polarizing decks in any meta, winning against all other decks except for Aggro, the -next cancer-. Even after the deck got nerfed twice (or three times if you count Giggling Inventor), it's still remains like the retarded cockroach that it is. Honestly, screw Quest Rogue as well, it deserves every bit of hate that it gets, from now and ever, even after Hearthstone shuts down. To quote Zul'Jun "I never forget. Never forgive!"

Ziirf he always does it with Quest Rogue. Its literally the only deck Ive seen that he hates with all his heart. So no, the current metagame is actually much better for him than the previous Quest Rogue meta.

can someone give a deck code? I have a discard deck but i have a low winrate and would be cool if i had a deck that made the archetype work

It's trash tier in standard. In wild though, if you kept your cards from older sets, it actually works fine. In fact this is the deck I ladder with. There are several versions possible in Wild that work, you just need to tune it yourself. There are a few mandatory cards to have though. Soul Infusion, Lakkari Sacrifice, Malchezaar's Imp, Silverware Golem, Clutchmother Zavas, High Priestess Jekklik, Soularium, Shriek, Cataclysm, Soulwarden, Lakkari Felhound, Soulfire, Doomguard, and that 2/6 taunt that discards the lowest cost card. The rest is up to you really. In my version I run Lana'thel - but I never got any use out of her so I think I'll cut her. I run two Fists of Jaraxxus too. I get good use out of them but I consider cutting them too. Tiny Knight of Evil is almost a must considering it can very easily get out of hand. Especially if you got it Soul-Infused. And I also run the 3/2 from old gods that discards a card when played but draws one on death. It's very useful to help cycle when you don't have an Imp yet. And whatever the version you're running the mulligan is straight forward. Keep the quest, hard mulligan for Cataclysm. Turn 4 Cataclysm followed by Turn 5 Nether Portal is though to handle for an opponent. You prefer going second and adding Coin + Imp on your turn 4 to refill your hand. But since you have six cards in your deck that benefit from being discard in all likelyhood you compensate the empty hand with a field presence (Silverware), or keeping a few cards (2 Jekliks / A buffed Zavas - not counting that you can get more of those out of Soulwarden. Hell you can even Soulwarden into Soulwarden until it stops RNG'ing Soulwarden in your discard pool if you want. I managed six in a row once. The opponent insta conceeded.)

Death Knights are uninteractive, draw-it-or-lose, often auto win cards that everybody played all at once for two years. They are the most stale, unfun bits of Hearthstone. Like, great. Jaina just beats me forever and I have no chance. Or great, I'm warrior and he's hunter. *One fucking card* beats my entire class identity.

She's also an automatic win against most control decks that were slipping, you keep her then 100%, and she's one of the few cards to give Mage a chance to beat Hunter. I mean in all fairness Kibler your quest gives you two 3/2's every turn and you have nearly infinite 3/4 taunt lifesteal guys which is in my opinion is equally if not more obnoxious than Quest Rogues reward. Really the only difference is Quest Rogue was played a lot when Un'Goro first came out and gained infamy while Quest Warlock was never really played and thus was considered a meme deck. Not defending Quest Rogue players, I hope they face nothing but Pirate Warriors for the rest of their lives, but I can't ignore the hypocrisy of hating someone for playing a deck that is very similar to yours.

@@jhonnylee6685 The two 3/2s from the portal are infinite though, and if Kibler didn't discard his DK he would have also had an insane swing turn and an insane hero power. Not to mention the same argument of "if discolock doesn't get good discards they lose" can be applied to Quest Rogue, if the never draw Zola or lab recruiter they can't go infinite. I agree that the original Quest Rogue was the worst out of all of them but just because it was more effective doesn't negate the fact that Kibler is being a hypocrite. It would be like if an Odd Rogue called someone a scumbag for playing Pirate Warrior, both decks do pretty much the same thing and the opponent feels the same way when they lose, one just happens to do it faster.
