+Mano He is good. Mathematically speaking, one trigger of shifter zerus is just slightly less valuable then unstable portal and we know unstable portal is busted. Plus, you get the benefit of choice. Because if you cast unstable portal you have to play the card you got at some point, because if you don´t you just lost 2 mana. If the card was 2 mana or less you are actually losing mana anyway. But with shifter zerus, you can always wait until he turns himself into something usable, which shouldn´t take more than 3 triggers and then play it. You shouldn´t be counting on shifter zerus but it is a good card to have in a control deck, because it provides you with plenty of options you otherwise wouldn´t have because there is just not enough room in your deck.

My favorite Yogg-Saron interaction was after I popped my Ice Block (I was at 6 health), I played Yogg the next turn. A few spells in, he plays Embrace the Shadow, a few more spells, then Tree of Life. Everybody dies. Instant Double-Lose for me and my opponent. Yogg-Gotta be Kiddin' Me!

Throwing Corrupted Mukla in my Midrange Druid Deck has so far panned out pretty well. The extra cards to trade more favorably and the Beast synergy are great. Just food for thought.

+Ninjagamer69 C'thun's Twin taunts are a standard for C'thun decks. Yogg'Saron is for fun and for decks with lots of spells. Y'Sharj is useful if you have some sort of crazy high cost deck that can put him on the board quickly, keep him alive and allow him to put a minion on the battlefield every turn. N'zoth is for anyone who can put together a decent deathrattle deck in either standard or wild.

I have had a lot of fun with the new card in this expansion, especially C'Thun and its disciples. I am currently running a Warlock C'Thun deck which is so profficient at powering up C'Thun that in most games I get at least a 20 / 20 C'Thun.

You forgot Thaurissan to make Yogg and Brann cheaper. If you can play them same turn, you've got the best number of spells available. A Yogg-Saron deck is not a value deck. You play a bunch of freeze and counter spells to slow down the game until the best time to play Yogg (preferably alongside Brann). Yogg-Saron is also best (in my opinion) as a Wild Deck. Because Yogg-Saron and Brann Bronzebeard are TWO WILD AND CRAZY GUYS!

Nice of Blizzard to release a fun legendary that also has some (marginal) value. Just based n my experience so far Yogg should be cast when the opponent has a lead and you're likely to lose in the next few turns. That way you won't feel too bad when he kills himself, overdraws, and heals the enemy.

I wonder if there is a viable, spell-heavy, aggressive deck one could make. If so, Yogg-Saron might fit as a last ditch, flip-the-board card. I can't really see it as a card you'd want to play when you're wining in any serious game since it can ruin your lead so easily. Chaos gives a coin toss to equalize when losing.

+Nerdnumberone Trumps choice for a Yogg deck was kind of odd. He made it a weird almost freeze mage deck, with no real win condition. The most standard choice for a good Yogg mage deck is a tempo mage deck that just adds a Yogg that can be played on 10 if needed, and that deck honestly works just fine.

I put a bunch of spell and brann + yogg-saron in a mage deck and tried to get off the most spell possible against an AI. At some point I would have triggered something like 60 spells but the 3rd spell was DOOM! and it drew enough card to mill myself to death :( If only it was the only time, but seriously literally everytime I try to pull off an epic Yogg-Saron I ALWAYS get killed by DOOM!

Even though the deck needs more heal and taunt Trump does at least PLAY it better than Kripp did. Kripp held out on Yogg-Saron, gave it so many spells, that it was almost ensured to screw him over. Trump knows that you play it as quickly as possible so that it has less opportunity to lose the game.

I'm pretty surprised at how badly crafted Trump's deck was. Krip did a similar deck, only his was almost perfectly crafted. Not comparing the two as people, just analyzing the decks. Trump's was on the lowest of the low scale for a guy that has a ton of cards to put in including most of the new expansion's.
