For the last clip: That is a bug with Quartzite Crusher and Death Knight weapon discovery. If Quartzite Crusher, the weapon that Freezes enemies damaged by its attacks, is Discovered along with other options, the Freezing effect is transferred to whatever card is picked.

@@endark3n3d Doesn't matter. If the quartzite crusher shows up at all in the game, be it in discovery even, then all weapons for the death knight from then on get the freezing effect. A very weird bug.

it was a quartzite crusher bug but pretty sure it was just 'all death knight weapons apply freeze'. plague staff was perma freezing turn 1

I was going to say the same thing. Like, half the fun of mill decks was Vanish when the opponent's hand was full, which destroyed the minions. He really oughta know that one.

It's a bug. When using rune of darkness (DK weapon discover) if one of the options is the weapon that freezes any weapon you pick will have the freezing effect. And it's very likely since there're like 5 weapons in the pool.

​@@endark3n3d I've heard reports that once that bug hits it applies to all discovered weapons. So the bug likely started with a RoD discover then applied to the Lich King generated card. Or it's more pervasive than people had noticed already. Could go either way with an unintended interaction like that.

he gets frozen by frostmourne, i don't know why, but death knights can do a thing that makes their weapon do that for some reason

There's a bug currently with death knight weapons when they're discovered (notably the 1 mana spell) wich I think is caused by quartzite crusher (the 4 mana weapon that freezes on hit). Didn't know it also was the case for cards added by the lich king

1:20 His other mistake was killing off one of the taunts immediately. He could have gotten one more hit off of his Whirlwind. Then even if he still Whirlwind'd his Valish, he would've hit exact lethal, with a 21/3, a 4/3 Thaurissan and the 5/4 Innkeeper.
