Heartlake City Preschool | LEGO Friends build & review

I can't believe that it's taken this long for Heartlake City to have a school for the wee ones. This is a nice simple one to build and has some lovely printed pieces that I'll be purloining to use in my own custom school build. Stay tuned....

Such a cute set! Friends had many schools, but no kindergartens yet, so I'm glad they finally made one. But I'd love to see a bigger and more detailed version, so I can't wait for you to build one 🫶🏻 ~Wavey ;)

Hey Ellie! Finally, a place in Heartlake City where we both would finally feel at home!😂 Oooh, poor Sad-Bee!😢 All the bees in our garden are very happy (and more than a little drunk on pollen.) That ginormous paint-brush reminds of the library book-bags they gave us Kindergarten. They were adult-sized and when we dragged them on the ground, they told us to )hold them off the ground. We would have had to walk with our arms above our heads!🫣 So, we just dragged them on the ground. Great build!💕

I had two Avas from Christmas 2022. I put different bows in their hair and named them Summer and Winter because I intended for them to be Autumn's sisters. So I made an adult Ava as an aunt for Autumn.

So the really cool thing!: the portraits on the easel, the red panda, ladybug, and bee? Those are actually DUPLO animals from the various DUPLO sets!!! It's so cool to see a DUPLO reference in a FRIENDS set!!!

Eee finally! No more free-range toddlers (but yes NITS for EVERYONE!)! Could that be...a toilet brush? Necessary for a public toilet...but ok, still no better. Worse, even. Way too accessible. I know this is just a 4+ set, but I still really prefer your preschool - will you extend it or are you building a brand new one? I'm just reminded of my son's kindy way-back-when - it was all so open and nature-y. This might be an inner-city preschool, perhaps? Oooh ooh!!! Could you base your new one's design on Bluey's (/Calypso's) school?

Yep! Inspired by the Steiner school in Samford Valley! Many of the kids who leave Marty’s school (for whatever reason) end up choosing there ☺️ apparently just as lovely as the show makes it out to be.
