Hey, I know where m ost of you come from but we are already in a 5 year show with 19 more likely then not. This has already past most of other programs that just started and were cancel. So why not forget Ty isn't coming back. I am sorry that he has said no several times in public. I love Ty and Amy story but I personally enjoying Heartland now as time has pass. 14 was hard but good, 15 was a getting back to living. 16 was great but 17 even more so then others. Now we have 18 and I can't see it ending. I hope not anyone wants it to be cancel just because Ty won't come back. All these actors have continue to work so hard to provide a quality show for our entertainment. Be happy for the Great Saga of a Family Ranch with all the struggles of daily life and yes unexpected opportunity for Amy and Lyndy take on changes in their life. Future looks bright with several couples and future interest. I do understand been there did that move on. I still watch 1-13 and always be highlight of the love story. I have watch it so much I can finish the sentences. I already gone back and watch 15 thru 17 numerous times. I drink the Kool Aid too. Admit with me Heartland addictive.

I agree 100%. I think the writers would be showing a lot of courage by having Amy’s character stay single, to illustrate just how strong her love for Ty is. But I get it, they have to keep viewers watching, I won’t be watching much though😉👍

he real success of Heartland was and still is the Amy and Ty love story. The dating in season 17 especially Amy's relationship with Nathan is simply the writers attempt to keep the storyline interesting, and not boring. I believe if Ty comes back to the show Heartland will continue with Ty, Amy and Lindy together again. If he doesn't return the writers will conclude the series with Amy unable to accept another(not just because Ty can't be replaced} because of her continuing strong love and feelings for Ty. She will conclude that her peace and happiness is with her as a single mother raising Lindy in the manner Ty would have wanted. In my opinion, because we had 14 years of this remarkable love story, whereby the viewers got to intimately know Ty, it makes it nearly impossible to erase him from the viewers minds and on a larger scale future Heartland seasons.

Lou and Tim should have left the show instead of Ty . I stoped watching it when they killed him off. I only catch updates on KZbin. As long as Gram isn't on the show even if they bring him back as Ty's twin I won't waste my time on it. This show lost allot of the regular cast and it should have ended at the end of season 13 without killing Ty . Lou, Tim and rest of the writers have ruin this show .

Really, a recast for the Graham Wardle “Ty Borden” Heartland character should have happened- allowing actor change, which would leave door open for original actor Graham’s rerun in any episode or season, killing “Ty” from the series was so permanent- A recasting of an actor is an old tv soap opera model that’s been used for decades, and proven successful. Even if it was a done deal initially with Graham Wardle, people are known to change their minds. Season 18 already a wrap! 🤔 🎬

I know it’s a tv show and things change, but I feel like invested a lot of time and interest in the show for so many years and seasons and the lives of Ty and Amy that it is difficult for me to continue on with much interest. Just my take on things. I do think that the creators of the show could have shown a bit more courage by keeping Amy single! There is nothing wrong with a widow not wanting to share her love life with another man!

REALLY? REALLY-SERIOUSLY NO TY??? Neither Pryce or Caleb for Amy!!! There MUST be someone else other than them for Amy! I love Caleb but not as romantic involvement for Amy. Definitely not Pryce--he has absolutely zero personality. I was disappointed with Season 17 and don't even know if I can watch 18. I LOVE the rest of the entire crew. In season 17 a in progress divorced Caleb made a move💋 on Amy and she was turned “off” said no [An impulsive 💔 man].. meaning it ain’t happening- now soon to be ex-wife Cass moving away from Hudson, taking their young son.. he was fighting with her about being so far from the child.. talks with Tim, and gives him advice from his own experience with ex/gf Maranda (son/Shane)- before the final season 17 episode Caleb sees Amy for last time at Jessica’s art gallery grand opening, he lets her know he’s moving away, leaving Hudson to be close to his son... in his last scene shows him packing up his truck, with hitched horse trailer at his house, accompanied by his little boy as they drove. Like former HL cast members Jessica Amlee “Mallory Wells” and Alisha Newton “Georgie Fleming Morris”, sure Kerry James “Caleb Odell” still have a few return appearances, hopefully season 18. 😌💙

If the story line has Caleb and Amy getting together I will not watch this program ever again. Wrong combination. Caleb(character) not suitable for Amy. But thank you for all the great shows from before - it sure helped me get through a very low point in my life- Thanks again for the past stories -Amy and Ty love story was certainly the best part of the program. Heartland was a good series but ended up becoming a boring soap opera. They made the mistake of running too long. Making money had to be the only reason to keep it going. The lack of new story lines. A good story has a beginning, middle, and ending. Extending past a natural conclusion does a a great injustice to an otherwise, good story. ...just my opinion

There is something about Jessica that does not fit with this Bartlett Fleming Morris clan. Prior to Jessica, and out of all rodeo king Tim Fleming’s lady friends like Janice his horse jockey, Maranda his son Shane mother, Callie who played nurse when shot- but it was ex-bronc rider, his girlfriend Casey McMurtry, that was his ace.. the Bartlett Fleming Morris clan seem to genuinely like approve of her, and at Heartland ranch a lot and at dinner, with Tim at Amy’s wedding to Ty- Casey was welcomed wholeheartedly. Jessica with Tim can’t seem to get use too, like the unlikeliest couple- opposite do attract ☯️👥

The character Caleb Odell is out of Heartland series, exited before final episode of Season 17.. like Ty Borden, Georgie, Mallory- potentially an appearance in Season 18- Because of Caleb and Cass divorce, she moves to a far away town with their young son, instead of fighting for custody Caleb quits his job at Tim’s rodeo school, packs up and leave Hudson to be close where his son will now live with his mom Cass bcz of a new Vet job.
