Sorry Ray .. Ty proved to the whole world that he was the BEST ACTOR heartland ever had and will ever have, he was over looked .. looked down on by heartland producers, writers, Especially his H.L. Cast Members. HE was the Character/ Actor that made the H.L.Show .. just look at the “Whole Worlds Reaction” now that He’s gone, but never forgotten.

Jack Bartlett's mannerisms and way of talking is so close to my grandpa it's eree. My Grandpa is from North Central Montana. He has a lot of extended family and friends from Southern Alberta too. It would be interesting to understand a little more about the accent.

How it was when I was younger and seems to be more up North; And really should be more in US again. If someone gets laid out and deserves it there should not be these harsh consequences now. Maybe people will start behaving a little better again...

Like 12 year old interveiw still relivant and reflective. Love he admittes Shaun is Jack. And basically had a Jack that raised him. So awesome when the character is true to life especially for someone as amazing. Figure this is like a decade ago so he was around 50. The actor of Tim is only like a year younger. He initially went out for the role of Tim. So glad they got him to play the soul of the show. Awesome his son gave him a guitar and got him into playing as we seen through the years. Think he dropped out a long time ago. Season 2 episode 1 when he brought him back and shortly after gave Ty one of his buckles and that it is wonderful words of wisdom and passed on the blessing predicting he would marry Amy.

Just finished watching Season 13 on Netflix. Disappointed with Jack's assessment of characters (Mitch). He seems to be more worried having a permanent ranch hand to shovel horse manure. It is very obvious what Mitch wants ( fun weekends with Lou and hopefully a major chunk of Heartland farm eventually) but Jack can't see it ! Says Mitch is "family" even though Mitch is never around when needed and goes against the family business. He should be censuring Lou (a 36-37 year old mother of two, one of whom is going to college and is ably supported by her ex-husband whenever needed). Maybe Lou's hormones are acting up big time and she is very much into the "hook up" lifestyle of New York. Request the writers to stay true to the characters as developed over the last 13 years. Jack and Ty were the two best and stable characters in this drama but now Ty stands alone and tall.
