I got this a few months ago but it was the hardest achievement of the lot. I tried as every Portuguese faction and kept failing. This strategy seems less complex and less painful than the way I did it.

Little tip to those attempting this achievement: If you don't finish the Brazilian civil war before finishing "Restoration of the Monarchy", you will face a civil war yourself since your stability will be too low. So, wait to choose that focus until you either have finished the Brazilian civil war or at least until you are certain to finish it in time before the focus gets done. Just wanted to note that since not every game will run without a hitch like the one Feedback is showing here.

You know what Dave? I love how you make videos in 1080p and 720p but without 60fps. In strategy games like hoi4 resolution matters much more then framerate, and for us, people with shit internet unable to run 1080p60, videos in 1080p30 are just amazing

Bit late to the party Dave, but again another excellent guide. I surprised myself and completed it by mid 43 on my first run, but definitely would not have been possible without your steps. Great video, so funny to see how this game can surprise in so many ways. No dought that Feedbackgaming is my favorite channel. I think this DLC was made by people who had been working with EU4 a lot, because it seems like they count on irrelevant countries being able to make themselves into the most powerful in the world, but they forget that unlike EU4, HoI4 doesn't have different outcomes every time, majors don't just vanish unless they're the Soviets or France. Edit: Also, I don't think you've noticed it, but in the oil tab theres a letter C below your exported oil. This number is how much oil you need to import to maintain your fuel supply.

@@user-xw5xo3bv1n well I actually only noticed it when Castro was the leader since the Falagnists start off facist by default and the carlists start off non-alligned and both dont change their path. Castro is basically 50/50 between non-alligned and facist popularity, he starts non-alligned and has the option to switch. I only noticed this because i played Portugal multiple times
