I dont think ita overcomplicated Most of the stuff is quite simple when you Look at it, but there are two Things which i really dislike with the new tree. 1. The black monday Cardgame 2. Lots of focuses Just give you decisions, so you dont know what they actually. But all in all i think the Update is really fun

Oh thing I love about paradox is their support and encouragement of mods giving their games more hours of replayability then any single team can. I think this style of game development is going to be repeated from larger companies if they want to survive.

I have a proposal for you Paradox. Rather than comment on others great creations why don’t you guys attempt to update the focus trees for older DLCs to be on par with the new. It would better justify the price of the content if the users know they will receive updates to said content that will keep it closer in depth to newer content. I’m not saying add something like tank designer to Together for Victory, more so just requesting that focus trees from Waking the Tiger and others be updated to match the quality of DLCs like No Step Back. I know you all are a very creative team and I trust you guys know what you are doing

HOI4 is easiest one and most people played HOI4 probably never played aoe or other pdx games because they are casuals.

@@Schmiado Unlike Redux which is just a pile on a pile of memery and content that is only fun because of it's size, Keisereich is a polished mod with little content that makes playing countries even without a focus tree fun (e.g. Illyria)

I, as a Ukrainian, am very glad that they added the UPR path, I don’t care at all whether before that there were either socialists or monarchists or nationalists/pro-Russian, now I have the opportunity for democracy/entente, which is great;)

Equstria at war is better than vanillia and everything else, and if ou get boried there is lot's of submods with ponies too, and when you get tired of hoi4 in general you can start watching MLP:FIM and sonn you pfp you will be more like mine (i found out it from this mod)

Germany is the only one with a totally new focus tree but some other nations got facelifts or updates to leaders. The Commune of France and Britain have new starting leaders (and I think some minor additions to the trees, not sure), Russia now starts with Savinkov as leader (Kerensky still gets shot) with minor changes to the starting events (Second Civil War is gone and now commies come into power via event chain iirc), Red Italy has had their tree reworked but it still plays the same as old SRI just with a more modern tree, and the American Union State was also changed, removing the Silver Legion path and turning Huey Long National Populist. That's just what I remember off the top of my head, may be forgetting some things, I'll double check in a bit and edit in what I missed Edit: France also had one of their parties' lore reworked entirely, another had minor changes, and another path was changed to be more accurate to their lore. Sicily also had its post-war tree updated. Finland now starts in the Reichspakt and its economic and military trees were overhauled. The AUS also had an entire new path added to replace Huey in the AuthDem department. Everything above is still accurate

The thing about Kaiserreich for me, is that its not as for others, it just goes completely off the track from how it should go, like I was expecting US to blow up in 5 side civil war where pacific states also exist and where they release puppet in the west, in my game it is always that only syndicalists and I believe that confederates declare independence

Always get the Developer file missing on startup telling me I can't use mods,reinstalled game twice and reset cache etc etc also deleted and redownloaded all mods but still no success
