Nick is really strong. In the comics he's even bulkier and stockier than kit, even season 2 kit. The only reason he doesn't beat the shit out of Harry is that he's not a violent person and has a moment of hesitation, and David is his brother. If he were an angrier person Ben would be fucked, but Nick only used the necessary force to seperate them. I have a headcannon that Nick was a rather strong boy growing up and had to learn to control his anger so he wouldn't hurt other boys.
