In 2020 Africa Heartwood Project's Village Water Project team in Liberia - in partnership with our most generous donor, Plant Therapy - drilled a bore hole and installed a hand pump to provide safe drinking water to the small communities of Brown Town and Keala. In March 2021 we were able to visit the area to check on the water project and connect with our new friends. Learn as Peter explain the difference this clean water source has made for everyone in his village.
Each project costs about $3000, and can service up to 500 people. It is good to be part of this process, either by donating or by drilling or by managing. Thank you to everyone who took part in this successful act of love!
