I would love to see Laura’s body activation routine in detail so we can do it as well or copy some elements of it. In the last video we got to see only some seconds, which looked already very interesting and promising. Since we know that you as a physiotherapist put a lot of effort in keeping the body mobile and flexible that would be awesome. Great to see that you both can still have a good time despite all the training and nervousness before such a big race. Thank you both for taking us with you on that journey. Everyone who has done a holiday video knows how much work that is 🙏

I love the sporty kind of documentation, which looks great and warms us up towards the competition. But I also would find it very interesting to see all the work behind the scene. Someone needs to do the shopping, the cooking, the clothes washing. So we would get an even better impression what a great team you are and what it means to be a Professional triathlete. And of course we would love to see coach Philipp swim. 🦈 ☺️ All the best and great vibes for the rest of preparation! 💫

Nach so einer langen Radeinheit muss es, bei mir zumindest, immer schnell was zu Essen geben. Und wie Du dort, ohne viele Geräte, Krafttraining machst, falls das noch im Trainingsplan steht? Tolles Video! ich habe es gerne gesehen und freue mich schon auf das nächste:) Es ist so perfekt, dass es fast ein bisschen unpersönlich wirkt. Meine Ideen: Was macht Laura, wenn sie nicht trainiert oder aktiv regeneriert? also ab vom Sport. Auch in einem Trainingscamp wird es wichtig sein, mal an etwas anderes zu denken.(?!) Daher auch meine nächste Frage, hat Laura einen mental Coach? Und spielt die emotionale und psychische Erschöpfung auch mit bei der Trainingsplanung. Vielleicht kennt Laura da auch keine Schwankungen und Schwächen :D. Und, auch wenn ihr es vielleicht absichtlich nicht teilt. es interessiert uns schon, was Laura z.B. an dem Tag für ein Schwimmset hat, oder welche Radintervalle und ob sie es anstrengend findet oder was die Absicht dahinter ist und welche Zeiten sie schwimmt und ob sie die gut findet oder ob ihr das egal ist. Phillip darf auch gerne eine Spielfigur in den Videos sein, nicht nur als Trainer und Regisseur, finde ich. Ihr habt gefragt! Vielleicht ist was davon zu gebrauchen :)

Perfektes Video, authentisch und informativ! Mich würden Details zum openwater swim interessieren. Ich bin noch nie Salzwasser im Triathlon geschwommen. Hautvorbereitung, Brille, Atmung, trinken. Hattest du auch schon mal Probleme im Wasser wegen der Sonnenexposition auf dem Kopf, zu überhitzen? Herzliche Grüße aus Darmstadt

Danke für deine Frage. Ja, wir passen da auf mich auf. So eine intensive Vorbereitung ist wirklich anspruchsvoll, um es gut zu machen. Hitze und viel Training sind natürlich Stressoren. Aus diesem Grund musst du das Jahr als Gesamtkonstrukt betrachten, das Volumen kommt nicht "out of the blue"; Verpflegung, Schlaf und andere Regeneration sind sehr wichtig.
