The HDE 1050 12' x 6.6' infrared asphalt heater is an awesome pic of asphalt mix paving equipment, especially for this type of alligatored potholes on the roadways. I guess pre-hating the damaged area of the highway is the key to the longevity of the pothole repair.

It is a Rejuvenating agent that replaces the light oils that have Oxidized over the life of the pavement.

WIth Infrared There is no seam, Because we are heating it, we weld the edges together creating a watertight seamless joint.

seams are created by saw cuts that expose a cold edge for hot mix to but up against. IR heats that seam on both sides which cancels it out leaving a totally fused mat that only appears to have a seam because of the color contrast.
