I like to think that Cartman truly cared about finding a cure for Kenny, even if he did have an ulterior motive near the end of the episode. He looked for a cure even before he knew that stem cells could be used to build a Shakey’s Pizza, and of course there’s that moment in the hospital where he tells Kenny that he’s his best friend. Anyway though, this is one of my favorite scenes in South Park. It’s funny, very heartfelt, and shows Cartman in a more childlike, vulnerable light (even if he just wants a Shakey’s in the end lmao).
@polycube8682 жыл бұрын
I agree I think Cartman really did want to help his friend but when he died decided to use the fetuses for another Shakey's Pizza.
@MrJ2theC Жыл бұрын
No, it's funny because he really doesn't care, but he has so much potential and is a genius, but only when it suits his selfish motives. I want him to care about Kenny of course, but the whole premise of the joke is that no matter how heartfelt he is, or seems to be, he really just doesn't care and everything he does is self serving. That's the whole point of it.
