That is rubbish. You dont need all. Assess your business current need for example if your business specialize in newborn and baby only then the 7x7 is perfect why get a big 12 x 12 etc when all your business is focused on is newborn to baby. If your just starting and low on cash use iron on from paper on demand (ppd) and a regular $ 10 iron and your good as gold. Many businesses start with ppd and household iron and sold 0- 5t and made my profit after a year or so then upgraded only because their age range changed. Focus on your budget and target and choose one. Waste of money to get all and 99.9% your using only one.

I can do a TShirt in less time as it doesn't take as many presses as the Easy Press does. I do appreciate the heat press video that you made and go back to it for reference on how to use the different attachments.

I think if your running a business and doing multiple T’shirts and fabrics at once then a heat press is the way to go. If your just an every day crafter than the easy press is the way to go because it’s easy shortage and your can take the easy press to friends or families houses and so and so forth. There’s pros and cons to everything really and it’s all down to personal preference.

I had the Easy Press until I purchased the Stahl’s Pink Heat Press ...took me all of about of about 2 hours to decide to give the Easy Press away. Can’t remember what the warranty on the Craft Press is, but the Stahl’s Heat Press has a lifetime warranty on the heating element and the adjustable pressure is so easy to set(just turn the dial) and you’re not standing over it all the time pressing down on it. It is a 9x12 and the heating elements go corner to corner so every inch of the space is the same temperature. I paid $299.00 for it and it was worth every penny!

seems to me you liked the easypress so found reasons NOT to like the other one. the handle was hard to press down because you were standing behind it and using it backwards, it's heavy because it's not made to be portable, the easypress is a glorified iron the easypress is designed for crafting/home use, so occasional use (like said iron) the heat press is designed for business use so made to be on for longer. you did not HAVE to press everything at once on the heat press, you can press multiple times on a heat press

I have both, and sure the easy press is good but as you clearly demonstrated the easy press can only be used on a clear plate. Heat presses are designed to do a professional job. I also think you need to get your electrical checked. You can get a heatpress that has attachments instead of using separate heatpresses. I have never had any of your issues with the heatpress, I do agree with what others have commented about. You prefer the easy press and was determined to find fault with a heatpress. Every product we created from the heat press, we will do a stretch proof to make sure the media and the product well done for long use. Well, hobby vs selling is a totally different thing. i think this is good for ironing cloth then doing press.

Heat press obviously the better choice for selling or just hobbying. One main reason is that when applying things to plates the heat press can do any color of plates since it is pressing to inside of plate. The other irons to the bottom back of plate which means you can only use clear plates with it. Also with mugs the easy press has to do multiple presses, Not to count heat press you dont have to hold it & guess at the pressure your putting. Sorry but space & versatility of the easy press dont outweigh the advantages of a heat press. I mean if your doing this kind of projects regularly whether to sell or just for a hobby you should have the space to do it & I'm sure your going to be doing most of it at home & not having to move it regularly.

@@AngieHolden the heat press isn't meant to be moves around allot and with all things considered the ez press wasn't no where close to the heat press , first if your going to compare have them do the same thing as with the plates with heat press you can do either side the front or back of the plane, the hat wasn't fair either because with the hat press you have a firm surface to out the hat on but with the ez press you was using a very soft and not stable pillow, the cup press what would the results be if you would have used a cup that that press was designed for, my guess is that it would have been allot faster because you wouldn't have had to keep repressing. In my own honest opinion these are both very great products when used in a manner that they were created for. PS with the heat press you are not supposed to plug it into a power strip and only extension cords that are 4 gauge if I'm not mistaken. Loved the video though because I enjoy learning new things

You're very biased against the heat press. You give negative points on the heat press. And glorify the easy press. A lift press only takes up the space if it's base. You choose a swing away which takes more area to use. Never use a extension cord or power strip. You might enjoy up with a fire. They both have their places depending on your needs. The heat press is far superior for a more professional use. Easy press is for the home crafter.

Crazy question but I'm new... why do mugs and plates need heat pressing? Can't you just do permanent vinyl and it stay so you can gift or sale...wash etc? Or does the heat press ensure it doesn't wash off? Please answer asap as I am trying to purchase today and unsure if need 5 in 1 or regular press. Thanks!!!
@AngieHolden4 жыл бұрын
Yes! I use permanent vinyl on my plates and mugs. Some people like to use heat transfer vinyl instead. You can do either one.

Q: Why not use a heat gun for hard objects like plates, cups etcetera?
@AngieHolden8 ай бұрын
Most things that I make do not work with this method.

I heard u can't just go to the dollar tree and get cheap coffee mugs to sublimate or decal etc it has to be treated mugs, is that correct? I may be talkn about another technique but I do remember seeing that somewhere.. an I read ur comments u said u prefer those water slide decals better without any heat? Or was u talkn bout something else? Thank u 4 such a informative video without tryn to sell something jus true opinion thanks

If you are going to do sublimation, you will need special mugs. I have a video coming on those soon. I have NOT done water slide decals yet. I prefer to use adhesive vinyl on my mugs cut on a Cricut. You can see more about that here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/a6rCZ6eKaM2Yg9k

Would the easy press mini work on hats plates and mugs better
@AngieHolden2 жыл бұрын
This was before the mini came out. It works pretty good on small things!

@@AngieHolden thanks for sharing I am wanting to start a small business and I am very very limited on space so if it does the exact same thing I'll just stay with the easy press would u suggest one of each size or just one for everything
@AngieHolden2 жыл бұрын
I use the 9x9 most often and then the mini for small things. I think those two would do just about anything.

They both cost around the same.... if I had the space, I would get the heat press.... I honestly think you would prefer the heat press too if you had the space.

I already have a Cricut Easy Press however, I need to purchase a heat press. It is so hard to decide which heat press to buy, there are so many. Any suggestions on what company presses to keep away from or which one would be a good purchase.
@AngieHolden4 жыл бұрын
I don't have any comparison posts. I may be working on a few but since they are fairly expensive it will be over time.
