The ignition control is flashing the flame rectification signal, not a fault code. It says it above the fault code chart. 4sec solid followed by 1 sec flashes.

You're right, it's not a fault code.

right. three one second flashes after the 4 second solid on, = 3 microamps of current. which should be good, as long as it doesn't drop off on low fire. all error codes would be short one second blinks with an longer off pause between.

I don't understand why plumbers/HVAC guys (sorry Mikey) I know you didn't put it originally there, so its not your fault on this one, put electrical components under the water areas. They should always be mounted away from water. You can easily route wiring away from the potential leak areas. The dirtier the water the more conductive it becomes. Something to keep in mind when doing new installs. Coming from an electrical engineer / industrial controls engineer, who deals with large commercial installs of very large electrical control systems in field equipment from automotive plants to super tankers on the ocean. 🤠👍

don't think so, the problem is upstream from it since the main temp controller module is losing thermostat call, either it's failing, the taco zone control or the t-stat wiring between them. everything else is powered/operated off the temp controller, which should have a solid lit heat call, seeing the taco panel has multiple zones calling.. I forgot about the damper, which could be creeping when the heat/vibration hits it and dropping the end switch. the temp control box appears to have a burnt out led and I doubt it was on enoiugh to burn out in comparison to the power(always on!) and outdoor sensor led(WWSD flashing/no outdoor sensor error). so probable water intrusion/corrosion within in
