I love how uniquely different Eric's tone and voice sound, especially in this type of music, where it really stands out, and yet also blends so amazingly. The juxtaposition between his soulfool deep timbre and Marwan's more modern vibe during the chorus just hits sooo well!

I’m just amazed by Marwan’s artistic maturity. He built this arrangement to create this glorious backdrop for his featured singer- and yeah, we do get to hear so much Marwan can do, but he showcased and complemented Mr. Hollaway’s voice so beautifully. And yeah, Dennis, that kid is just so charmingly enthusiastic. So, SOOOO impressed. Great reaction!! (I wasn’t familiar with Eric Holloway either, but wow, what a voice!) ETA: Marwan’s 18, last I heard, but I’m not sure when his b-day is.

Loved the reaction as always Dennis! I agree 100% with everything you were saying about Marwan. He truly is a one-stop shop with him doing the arrangement, editing and recording vocals, editing and recording the videos and everything. The dude is the NBT, MVP, GOAT, and all of the acronyms you could think of!! As for Eric Holloway, I knew about Eric long before watching this and when I saw what song they were doing together, I was shocked, because it is certainly not a bass song! But somehow it worked very well. And, in fact, Eric is one of THE lowest basses in the world alive right now. He goes down to E1 chest here and does it a few times as you just heard. And you also noticed how rich he sounds down and that is because that is his LITERAL SPEAKING VOICE!! That's right! The low notes you just heard from him is how he talks! He has a TON of videos of him speaking if you don't believe me. Him just speaking will make your whole body just shake! Also, you mentioned that the boys listened to this song many times. You should definitely have them check out this version and see what they think! Especially Kaleb because I know he loves low bass just as much as you do.
