I’m a Chelsea fan. I thought United were absolutely brilliant today. It wasn’t just about Chelsea being poor, I think people need to make sure to give United’s performance the credit it deserves. From the first minute of the match, their players looked more hungry and were winning every single 50/50. Amrabat was great at swarming our midfielders when they had possession. His pressure on them was preventing Chelsea from creating many free flowing passing. I thought Bruno was excellent. 2-1 was extremely flattering for my blues today. Could’ve easily been 4 or 5. Once again though, Nicolas Jackson was passed to and given some pretty damn good half chances and that 1 massive chance 1 v 1 with Onana. The guy isn’t good enough to be starting striker for ANY premier league team. Hopefully Poch starts Broja anytime Broja is fit. Then obviously the hope is, that Nkunku comes in after his recovery and plays up top for us and hits the ground running in English football. Chelsea create enough chances, so if we get a fit and firing Nkunku to pounce on these chances, who knows. Just like to add that it was very very visible, how much this team missed Connor Gallagher when he was suspended today. He provides so much passion, energy and he’s been very underrated this season so far when it comes to tackling, interceptions and carrying the ball through our midfield. Well done to United. They were BY FAR the better team
