And moreover, the judges come into position by collegium and that’s what the present Modi government is opposing. वकीलों में नैतिकता की कमी है। पैसे लेकर भी कोर्ट में खड़े नही होते हैं और आम जनता परेशान होती है कई वर्षों तक. जज साहब को सारी सुविधाएं जनता के टैक्स से ही मिलती है और आम जनता को ही कंटेम्पट ऑफ कोर्ट की धमकी कहाँ तक उचित है।

Bahut badia, poor judicial system of india, biased approach of lower courts. It's is very difficult to get justice to right person in india. High court looks not ready to understand wat petitioner problem is but only trying to confuse him within the law, he gave 19 judgements of supreme court to prove his side n the time spent by him to prove it but judges r not very keen to read n find the facts to give justice . It's very common practice in courts these days nobody wants to solve the matter n give justice than give date only . Outcome will b further delay of 2-15 years .
