Women are misusing the laws very much. GOVT should think about men and their family and come up with balanced law and process. I agree, in women case, neither police nor any GOVT organization comes to the support of men to even check whether the allegations have any base or not. Women can even accuse judges and judge will be in soup, like a woman was arranged by Oppn parties and their lawyer lobby against Dipak Misra (SC judge) to force him not to give verdict in RAM MANDIR case.

The main problem is that even after proving a false accusation of rape or molestation or dowry, the law don't punish the woman who filed fake cases. When judiciary has became serious on this, fake cases would be stopped and genuine cases would come in courts.

Nah. Most of the time you can't prove it was a false rape what happens is it get's dismissed because of lack of evidence. If you can prove it's a false charge they do go to jail. But it's very very difficult to do so.

The advocate mentioned a very good point at the end... The boy addressed the accused as 'DIDI' and a person usually never try to make up anything before dying... Although I'm not worthy of judging anyone but still I can't even imagine how evil that 'DOCTOR DIDI' is... And the lawyer representing the accused said her client is a doctor by profession, I mean OMG the audacity... So being a doctor, engineer, civil servant, CA etc give someone the right to misuse the law... Wow just wow... The advocate is way more educated than me and she is more capable than me but still I must say with all due respect ma'am you have exposed the mentality of yours as well as the lawyers by saying 'she is a doctor by profession ' just to defend your client...
