This system is WiFi enabled and activates based on the local weather forecast. Thanks to the WiFi capabilities of the controller provided, the space can efficiently "pre-heat" as storms approach to keep the heated driveway and walkway constantly clear of snow and ice without lifting a finger.

It looks like they used 3/8 chip stone would that work for a driveway application or it needs to be sand??
