Informative video, thanks Andrew. Installation takes roughly two hours for guys who've done it a million times = Four hours and lots frustration for a backyard mechanic.

Interesting... I'm keen on the Koso for my GTS for the neater install, but the wear factor has given me something to think about

What did you end up going with? Thanks for watching.

@@VespaPortland Unfortunately never got around to fitting anything due to situation change here in UK - I’ve ridden a total of about 10miles since my reply

However, I think remember seeing that the Koso controller was now available as a stand-alone unit; maybe that could be used with the replaceable Oxford grips? Something to look into, I think 🤔

My oxfords get crazy hot on high. The power setting lights stopped working though after a few years but even the 'control box' is replaceable separately. Changed my bike and miss them.

nice. I have clothing that keeps everything warm but my hands.. I have not found a glove yet that is warm enough... the thickest gloves make using the brakes clunky. Question: Can these be installed on My MP3 500?
@VespaPortland4 жыл бұрын
Yes they can. There is also a pair of heated grips made by Piaggio that can wire into one of the open button slots below your handlebars. You can see those, somewhat, in our MP3 500 accessories video.
