They're not 'difficult questions' though. Society should not be entertaining this nonsense, because the answers to these questions are very simple: 1. No one can change sex in reality, and so it was exceedingly stupid of law-makers to create laws that pretend otherwise. 2. Males are either boys or men; females are either girls or women. The most that anyone can do is pretend to be the sex that they're not, and under no circumstances should they expect society to pretend with them. 3. Females need their own spaces not because all men are predatory, but because a significant minority are. Because often there's no knowing which men are predators and which are not until after they harm women, all men must be excluded from female only spaces, and men who call themselves women are no exception, given that they've proven themselves to be as much, if not more of a risk to women than the average man.

MPs are no longer the best of the best. Think about it why would a highly educated, talented person become an MP? They can earn far more in the private market and they don't have to put up with the public scrutiny. Therefore what we get is average candidates who would not be able to succeed in the private sector becoming MPs. You can blame the voters but ultimately many do not have a good option available. There is an argument to say that MP should actually earn much more money, more benefits and better overall conditions in order to attract suitable and competent people.

Yet its clear that her definition of transition would include someone who has got a Gender Recognition Certificate. Even a medical transition doesn't change your sex and if Gender is just a feeling why would anyone need surgery anyway. When she says she wouldn't put a biological man in a womens prison she actually means she would if they had a GRC as in her mind she keeps mixing up two different things This is the sleight of hand that ALL the main political parties are doing and why they are trying to fast track in GRCs self cert so that they can just say, "well that person is legally a woman". This is also why she keeps saying its not a political issue, they are trying to pass the buck of onto "the" medical profession. They are going to remove the use of any biological definition of woman and make it purely a legal definition. This is why the equality act needs clarified to mean biological sex as it was actually written and actually the Gender recognition laws needs to be repealed. Yet it's obvious that all political parties are going full steam ahead on GRC self Id to "solve" this issue. Once that is done they will hammer down on hate laws and anyone daring to discuss this issue will be under threat of prosecution. That's what she means when she say "protection of vulnerable people".
