what has to be established for the debate is what is a female, if a woman is going to be an adult female then what constitutes a female? make the discussion about what is a female human. XX chromosones is the first part of the answer and can't be ignored or passed over so lightly. being female is not a choice it's biology. then there has to the hormones that are found in greater quantities in females or only in femates, again these are biological facts not to be ignored or passed upon. any person can identify as anything they like but that doesn't make it truthful or fact that the rest of the population have to accept or believe to be true. ( an abstract human concept such as 'but i don't feel totally male' should not intrude into the physical realm of actual substantiated evidence of biology) for example, if a person who labels themselves as an elf crossed with a dryad ( male or female) may believe they are but no one should have to believe it without irrefutable proof that is infact what they are.( does a gene code exxsist for such things? not a chance in science) no law should be passed that punnishes the non believers if there is no evidence to support the claims made by those who self identify as something they are not. no political,social stigma or bias should be aimed at those who refuse to accept unproven claims of self identity made by others either. no educational or workplace stigma or bias should be applied to those who refuse to accept self identity claims made by others without evidence that supports the claimant if a person has a self identity claim as another sex/gender then the burden of proof is theirs to establish, if it is contrary to the born sex/gender of that individual. I have to work in a primary school (unfortunately)- there are plenty of "scissors sisters" and "snowflake" women staff who claim you violated their personal space by standing near them when they came to you asking you for something (I didn't move to them, they came DEMANDING something and invaded my personal space) - what are they doing to your children? They lose the argument when they can't even explain what a woman is and just say, "It's anyone that identifies as a woman". That's not what a woman is though and the only way they can describe it would be using gender norms since they don't use biology, but they also know that gender norms don't make you a man or woman. For example, a woman wearing a dress or make up isn't what makes them a woman. They could dress like a guy and still be a woman.

To me personally I think its really paramount to make the difference between whether someone has a pe*nis or not. So if someone has a pe*is they should not be allowed in a biological womans safe space. However if someone was born a biological male and then completely transitions and also no longer has a pe*nis and wants to be a proper trans woman then I think they should be allowed in woman's safe spaces. That's the legal logic in my humble opinion. ❤❤❤
