I lost my mum 12 years ago. I still miss her sometimes, but peace DOES come, life goes on, and thing CAN get better. Can't rush it or force it: all you can do is wait and have faith in the future. You hang in there...

15 years for me, this February. Heather’s Walking Higher got me through the experience of holding my mom’s hand as she took her last breath in the hospital. My daughter, who thought Gramsy hung the moon, was holding her other hand. That song is still the most gorgeous, spiritual piece of music I’ve ever heard. Condolences to you both and a heartfelt thank you to Heather. ❤
