Once you get kinda use to drinking the water it won't be so bad,....and yes having to pee all the time is worrisome but so long as there's a restroom close, it's all good!!😁

On the water intake, my wife and I drink Essentia Alkaline water and add two packs of Hydrant to it to help relieve headaches. We get dehydrated too. My wife also have headaches. I think it could be radiation from cellphone and computers. We're getting radiation blockers for our electronics. Love, love your vids!
