Hi Shital: You can use 18 or 20 gauge wire for this project. Sometimes gauges vary within brands as do stiffness of the wire. Also depends on how big you want the moon.

Hi Kailey: If you are wearing the ring in water ie. dishwashing etc. I would opt for sterling or Argentium silver. The artistic tarnish resistant wire has a thin plastic coating to protect it which are ok for rings if you are careful.

Hi Claudia: I think it depends on your skin sensitivity. The tarnish resistant copper has a thin layer of plastic to protect it which may wear off when wearing often as a ring. If in doubt you can use sterling or Argentium silver wire. Good luck.

I prefer Beadalon's Artistic Wire...very flexible. You can use 20g for this ring.
